    Sprained knee felt perfect: "Old" knee def hurt on the impacts, but got better as I went along. Walked up the steeper hills.

    Hi guys! I've missed DM...worked on healing some knee issues & then sprained the other knee during flagg football 2 weeks ago. Here I go again...starting out slow :)
