    Awesome Kim, my wife just went through that and has done well. She/I downloaded some podcasts dedicated to that to listen to during the run. I gave cues on the running and walking and music to listen to.

    Kim, You will be surprised at how long you will be able to run... When i first started using the Couch to5k I actually had to modify it a little bit so i was running as long during some weeks. I bet you will be enjoying a nice long runs with hubby before your know it. ;-)
