Hilly route today. Was great going but hit headwinds on the way back. Was lots faster the 1st 5 miles averaging 14 mph (fast for me) until the turnaround but was way slow going on the way back. Temps in the low 80's, 83% humidity and 13+ mph winds still not bad on my time tho. Time 54:22, 10.20 miles, average 11.25, 401 calories.
