    Very fun ride today! Took one tumble but I was essentially stopped so it wasn't a big deal. Very hilly first 21 miles, then took the minuteman bike path back. Looking forward to the next ride!

    Ran the amount of time I had left to spin, less than ideal but it's something. Hip felt great! I think I may be on the up, time to start building up the mileage slowly :)
