PDR!! This was actually pretty rough. My hamstrings were insanely tight from yoga yesterday, and my left knee got all janky again after I hit the 2 mile mark. I had to walk it out and stretch every once and awhile. Thank god the weather was great. Oh, and I SO didn't want to even run today. So I'm happy I even did it!
