    neighborhood route 3.11 mi 00:40 12:48 pace

I've got a "race" this weekend. The Hero Rush course. I've got the running part down, it's the obstacles (climbing, sliding, pulling, etc) that worries me :)

  2. RUN
good Neighborhood run 3.01 mi 00:41 13:31 pace

Run in with a bumblebee. Bounced right off my cheek. Silly bumble!

  3. RUN

  4. RUN
good neighborhood route 2.43 mi 00:32 13:16 pace

First decent run in about a month. My motivation to keep moving during the winter fizzled. So. Starting from scratch. 5K coming up in May so that's something to look forward to.

    great RUN 02/18/13 11:04 AM 2.09 mi 00:26 12:27 pace

Just at freezing when I went out. Pretty tough to breathe, but an easy 2 miles considering the weather AND I've been a couch potato since the race :)

great Neighborhood Route 2.5 mi 00:30 12:01 pace

used my new jacket tonight. All over reflectivity not just a few piping sections. People slowed to a crawl when they saw me. I'd say the jacket was a success!

It's so hard to get out there after a long day of work. But at this time of year, if you can just drag yourself out the door, once you get going, you won't want to stop! Great run on this lovely day!
