Elliptical incline intervals and treadmill (wee) incline intervals. Rough rough rough day and let's just leave it at that. The important thing is that I was up and moving!!!

Lol! I split the workouts. I did 1 hour on the elliptical in the morning then my evening run almost 13 hours later. I don't like running in the evening & sometimes my friend cancels on me, so at least I had the earlier workout if she cancels :)

Thanks Bert! It was the exercise that was rough! I know better than to waver in terms of fitness and today I paid the price because it seemed like I was at square 1!
