50 squats and 40 (each leg) lateral leg lifts in various increments throughout my work day. I came home and attempted some strength training with free weights but I just couldn't do it. I can't explain it. I feel so incredibly frustrated at my lack of devotion lately even though it's the one thing that is always on my mind if that makes sense! I'm crossing my fingers that tonight's wimpy session can be chalked up to me never ever having been an after work exerciser and not a serious case of the (long-term) blahs. Praying that a solid night's sleep will be just the push I need to get that old loving feeling back tomorrow morning.
Honestly I really feel as if I am OVERthinking it all - psyching myself out. I love to be active so what's with the roadblock??? There have been a lot of these flip flop posts lately so don't mind them - just venting out loud! :D
