Track and share your training!

Dailymile makes it easy to keep track of your workouts. Map your routes and share with a community of active people.

This was not in my original plan, however after completing my last two races I opted to take a week off from training to rest not just physically but mentally as well. These last 7 days have been what I needed and I am now ready to get back at it. In the process of putting the finishing touches on a new set of workouts, I am toying with the idea of completing a Half Ironman, just toying at this point :-) Suffice to say my latest training regimen has me heading in that direction, time will tell.

Rob, that's fantastic! Taking time off can be so crucial to training and yet sometimes difficult to let ourselves do. Half- Ironman sounds great - looking forward to following your training for that (I love watching the ironmen when I do my short-distance triathlons).

good plan. only a fool races multiple weeks in a row, regardless of fitness or strategy.
