Alrighty, I met Jacklyn right after work with not much time to spare as traffic was crazy being diverted as a result of an overturned truck shutting down the hwy heading North :-( I was feeling pretty good but still found the first couple of hills tough then as I warmed up it was better :-) We both ran the hills a little faster relative to our last run, this was good albeit I was not feeling as strong this run. The last time I had fueled up was at lunch so we are looking at 4 hours without fuel, contributing factor for sure. Weather was awesome, cool breeze, overcast for the most part, sun peaked every so often & you could feel the heat then. I am glad for the overcast, without the cloud cover this would have been a warm run I think. Overall, pace was faster so what is there not to like about that :-) I am off to catch the last few innings of my youngest daughters ball game now :-)

    sounds like a very successful run - you're showing the hills who's really in charge (regardless of how strong you felt, it sounds like you managed up them better than you felt you did!) :)
