After yesterdays break I was chopping at the bit to get to the gym after work today, focus was on pull, starting off with Bb Bent-over rows, Bb Pull-overs, Bb Shrugs, Cable Seated Rows, Bb Upright Rows, Bb Curls, Preacher Curls, Db Hammer Curls, Db Wrist curls, Db Reverse Wrist Curls. Finishing off with some core work. Awesome time in the gym :-)
