HOT!! Despite this, I'm actually feeling and performing much better than I ever have in the heat. Today form, breathing, and speed were great (even better than some of my best conditions runs!).
Went to Metro Fitness this morning with Jason. Here's my workout:
3x5 parallel squat
3x5 bench press
2x8 dip
5x5 deadlift
100 crunches
Nothing too hard at all. A little sore though

Another hot day to the patriotic bridge over 71. I purposely didn't time this one, again. It's taper week! Maybe just 1 mile tomorrow, then the half marathon Saturday!
