  5. RUN

My leg was sore again! Wanted to do more, but I am not risking injuring myself even more, so I took a long time to stretch afterwards.

  7. RUN
    alright 6.33 mi 00:54 08:27 pace

Hot and muggy, and I was short on time, so I only did what I could. Nice day though. Lots of Labor Day runners and bikers all over the place.

  8. RUN
    good 10 mi 01:27 08:41 pace

Another sauna day. The hot sticky air really takes a beating on me. But I prevailed, and still felt good afterwards. Still injury free!

A hot, sticky morning. Ran around the 3 major lakes in town: Lake of the Isles, Lake Calhoun, and Lake Harriet.

  10. RUN
    alright 16.07 mi 02:22 08:50 pace

An ok run. It was a blast to get me back into marathon training. I've really been slacking this summer in training, and I have the Twin Cities marathon 6 weeks from today!

  11. RUN
    good 6.78 mi 00:56 08:18 pace

good Run Around Lake Nokomis 6.59 mi 00:54 08:09 pace

  14. RUN
    good 8.21 mi 01:02 07:29 pace

Same route as Monday, but no sun, just cloudy and gray and humid. Somehow I improved by about a whole minute!

  15. RUN
    good 8.21 mi 01:02 07:34 pace

A gorgeous run on the West (Minneapolis) and East (St. Paul) sides of the Mississippi. My leg still hurts, but I can still run ok despite the pain!

  16. RUN
    good 10.95 mi 01:33 08:29 pace

A beautiful day in the Twin Cities. There were a lot of people all over the 3 lakes. My leg felt better, even though it constantly reminds me of the knot that won't go away.

  17. RUN
alright Run Around Lake Nokomis 6.59 mi 00:56 08:31 pace

A better run than the last few, but my leg still hurt. I feel like there's a huge knot that is just waiting to be untied!
