    Working hard to get the mileage back!! Felt good and oh yeah the trails never been safer!! NYPD mounted police patrolling the trails on horseback. Good to see.

      @Joy... I don't know how to go slow :) I need to run hard or I don't feel like I get a work. For me it's about going fast. Right now although I'm running I don't feel I'm getting a workout or getting fit. Happy to be out in the park though.......the great outdoors. I been doing this for over 30 years Joy.. running and racing fast. If i don't run hard i don't have fun :) that's the best answer I can give you woohoo
