Knee getting better. Calf better but was tight after the first half mile. Foot still the same but liveable with. Happy to be able to run even if it's not that much.

Tested my knee and calf and they seemed to do ok. Just have to remember to go slow and easy for a while.

Right calf has hurt for the last three runs. Hard to walk after this run. Calf is swollen and is hard compared to the other. Thinking I better let it rest for a couple of days.
