      Sorry to hear your news but I'm very glad that the outcome sounds very positive. Glad you are back on the road. I've tried explaining to people the effect that cycling has on me. I can have the weight of the world on my shoulders but 10 miles in it disappears. Being out on the road is my time to de-stress and focus on everything beautiful around me. Through rain or shine I always come home with a smile on my face. There is no therapy better than that!
