All the bikes racked and ready to go. Just missing the turbo trainer which should arrive soon. (Check out the carpeted floor, a bargain at £12 ($20) to cover the whole area)

Just spotted this update Kevin. It's surely the best thing to get it completely sorted before venturing out on the new steed. When you're back to full fitness she'll be waiting :) Still sending positive thoughts over the hills, round the foggy city (Manchester), and up to the home of Boycs and Fiery Fred! Very best of luck Sir!!

If there would be anything I could do to help you or your family out, please let me know. "They" say vibration knows no boundaries ~ so I will send positive vibes often. Big hugs, Kev..XXX. Besides the turbo trainer for static bliss you'll need a tv monitor say 29 inches and more and a Fan to circulate the air. The tv monitor must have an HDMI input so you play anything from the laptop. And there is no limit.
