    Hot one out there today. 1 mile warmup, 1 mile cooldown. 72 situps, 51 pushups, 10:30 for the 1.5 mile run. Too hot, legs felt like rubber. Blech.

      Thanks Lori - the plan I'm following calls for more of a 7:30-7:45 tempo pace, it's early but just couldn't get there easily...would just like it to be a little more natural to get to that pace...
