    First run back. still a little over weight for running but... I figured I'd give it a go.

    REALLY windy. 15-25mph! ran straight into it for the first 2 miles, with it the second two... to bad I was so exhausted to make it worth while. :P

    Sore calf and tired. 11mph winds with gusts up to 25! The only redeeming factor was that it was 56 degrees. :)

    Was supposed to be 6 miles... ended up being a 5 miler with 1 mile cool down because the finger with stitches began to throb.

      It was a nice day for a run. Hoping to take tomorrow off for recovery and a quick run on Thursday. It's the wife's birthday, so I should probably take her out. :)

      weird.......... hubby has sinus infection..... still fighting it and I sliced my knuckle 2 weeks ago.... no stitches, but I did a number.

    I am feeling really yucky. Sinus congestion, drainage, wore out... So I went and produced an artificial fever in hopes of burning the yuckies out! :) I hope it worked.
