    When i started i was going to do 3 miles. Then caught a cramp close to 2 miles so i parked it for the night. Need more water through out the day. Pretty nice run besides that though.

    I wanted to take it easy today, because i already did a leg workout earlier, so i just kept a good pace and could have been faster. My goal was 8:30 at most so i hit it on cruise control.

      Good job man, keep it up, distance will come with time! I usually try to run in the morning or when the sun is setting to beat the direct sun light which can just absolutely drain you!

      Great job man! Keep it up and the time will definitely improve. Try to start out at a slow pace and gradually increase until you get up to you race pace. It usually takes me about a mile before I start feeling warmed up, keep t up!

    I know i can do better. I didn't have enough water in me. I got dizzy towards the end and had to walk. But still beat Military min 1.5 mile time to join. So im not to upset.
