    Course was a beast! My right knee went out on me early on and I thought about quiting at 15 miles. I was still able to walk on it so I finished it up walking. Had a great time!

    My left calf was giving me problems the entire run. I never had problems in that region. I laid off and did some stretching.

      Wall stretches are your friend! Make sure to do both the strsight and bent leg stretches. I also wear compression sleeves when mine get tight. Nice run!
