  1. RUN
    alright Wednesday 6 5.85 mi 01:02 10:32 pace

Weather a little cooler and less humid, but still felt heavy and slow. I couldn't decide whether to do a 6 mile run or a 1:00 timed run, so I did both--and neither. Happy hump day

I ran at OGLP this morning. It wasn't so bad. Gonna have to add that back into the summer routine since it's shaded most of the way. Nice evening miles and great way to end the run! Oh and I'll lift weights with you anytime! I need it and having someone to encourage me would be most helpful!
