    Drizzly rain this morning, so I decided to do a lunchtime run. It got warmer and sunny, so it wasn't optimum conditions (for me), but still a really pleasant run.

    Wanted to do a long run today, but yesterday's squats made my legs tied and sore, especially my glutes. Ran a little over a mile, to try to loosen them up. I'll try again tomorrow
