great Winter Rules 5.25 mi 00:56 10:43 pace

Winter is really here (for now, anyway) . Broke out the long pants and sweatshirt, which means it 's REALLY cold. Felt great, but a little slow.

  5. RUN
great Chilly Zap 4.13 mi 00:43 10:27 pace

Loving this cool (cold?) weather. Felt good, and once I warmed up a little bit, ran in the low 10mm range, even with a fairly stiff headwind for most of the last mile.

  6. RUN
    great Cool 12 11.8 mi 02:16 11:29 pace

Today was the first really chilly morning we've had this fall. 34 when I went out, but it felt good in the sun. I had a cold this week, which caused me to miss a couple of weekday runs. Becaus... read more

Gloomy, foggy morning. Tried to up my tempo a little bit. I've been doing lots of miles for the marathon, without much regard to pace. I'd like to add a little speed

      Steve R J. Congrats

Great job Kevin! I experienced some of the same problems last year. Really difficult starting with that many runners. It took us 13 minutes just to reach the start line after the gun was fired. Pretty course though.
