    Muggy out there, due to all the rain. A light drizzle cooled me down some, but also messed up my glasses. No back pain!

    More rain this morning, so I sneaked out of work a little early, and got in a quick 3-miler. Humid, but no rain. Even better, no back pain! Last mile was 10:45! Fastest 3 miles on a while!
