  1. RUN
blah Out of Gas 5 mi 00:58 11:31 pace

Didn't feel this one from the get -go. Felt heavy, tired and slow. Had to take a couple of walk breaks to get the miles in. Glad I did it, though.

  2. RUN
    good I Can Breathe! 7 mi 01:16 10:53 pace

The nice weather continues. Legs felt good after Sunday's long run, and after a slow first mile, they loosened up enough for me to run nice easy 10:40-ish miles.

  3. RUN
    alright 10 (.2) miles to go! 16 mi 03:25 12:48 pace

I keep getting lucky on my long run days. Today was much cooler and less humid than the past few days. Still summer, though, and the long runs are getting to the point where they're unpleasant... read more

You will enjoy MCM! Lots of runners to deal with, but the route is great and the crowd support is impressive. You are well on your way!

    good Humidity 5.25 mi 00:59 11:12 pace

93% humidity, 71 degree dew point and 73 degree air temp make for a very uncomfortable run. I love summer, but I'm looking forward to some nice 30-40 degree winter runs (I know I'm crazy)

  6. RUN
    Zap 7 7.1 mi 01:23 11:41 pace
