    Cold and windy as hell. Winding, twisty course with lots of turns. My goal was to run something in th 2:40's, so I beat it. Cut more than 15 minutes off my Crawlin' Crab time. Nice!

    My glutes still feel a little tight, so I decided not to go on the road, but to do a treadmill run instead. Started slow, and gradually increased the speed. Did the last 2 miles in under 10mm. Nice!
