    Tinsel triathlon in Hemet - lots of fun. 5k run; 12 mile bike; 150 meter swim. Burned about 1000 calories and enjoyed myself.

    Felt a little better today. Definitely feel better throughout the rest of the day after running. 2 days in a row... that beats my record for the past year by one day :)

      I ran at the bottom of the hill. There is a trail along the base of the mountain. I will tackle that steep hill one of these days.

    My legs were still tired from the race on Thanksgiving. I swam 1000 yards and then went for a run. Let's hope I can keep it up.

      Great finish, Kev. For not training, you did incredibly well. Imagine if you actually jogged for a couple months before the race.

    Jogging is more difficult for me due to the impact. But it does get my heart rate up faster and keeps it higher.
