    Ran with the little man... just over 31 minutes. Nice stroll... and I got two capes!

    Treadmill interval training and I wore the wrong shirt... damn cotton anyway. Felt like I was being smothered with a hot, wet blanket. Ugh...

    Ran a short one with the little man to stretch the legs and get him trained for his upcoming 5Ks... he huffed and puffed but smiled when it was through. Daddy/Noah time wins!

    Kind of a hilly course, interesting slope to the roads in some places. Not a bad time for having run a 10-miler the day before. 1:30 here I come... with proper rest, of course!

    Paced a friend through six miles then kicked it out for the last four. Nice course... love me some hills!
