      Welcome back ! Yes early dark is challenging, but it is only for a couple of months or two :-) You will figure out a way that works for you.

    Running portion of this was 2.57 miles - 17:33 mile. Whew! I'm getting faster, but I've noticed that I am definitely more worn out at the faster pace.
