      www.nashbar.com has cytomax for pretty cheap. I just started using it about 4 weeks ago. I like it because it doesn't have nearly the amount of sugar most electrolyte drinks do and it is easy on your stomach. I usually drink 6 - 10 oz before a >45 min workout and another 16oz during or after; it definately helps me stay fresh longer.

      Ok, I must be dumb because I don't know what the "Nathan" is. What is it? And how is it better than the fuelbelt since I haven't used that either?

      The Nathan is just a different make of a Fuelbelt. I wear it for my long runs 10k+

    Awesome ride with Jessica and Robin. Steve had worked some magic on my higher gears and it was a lot more enjoyable ride. Need/want to check into aerobars and a different saddle next!
