    Felt a bit creaky this morning after yesterday's race. First mile was super slow, but picked it up to about 10 m/m with Donna. Rt knee and leg hip/hamstring were talking to me a little.

      Nicely run. Windy conditions make so much difference to your splits. Early days yet but it looks like we could be heading your way next year. Thinking of cross USA tour starting in SF across to NY

    Met Ruth & Donna at Stow after a slow warm up mile. Then ran with them for the rest of the route. Definitely picked up the pace with them, but it still felt easy and HR was fine.
