    Met Donna at Stow for our usual run. Came back to broken glass surrounding my car! Luckily, nothing was stolen.

    Cold run (for us) today. First run in capris, long sleeves and gloves. We ended up running faster than usual to try to get/stay warm! Run felt good, though.
