    Longest ride of my IM training - had company for about 70k - gorgeous day to be out and about. So lucky that the month of October has cooperated for these long rides :-)

    Surprisingly strong run today considering yesterday's bike ride - great to have company for the whole run, support from Coach Mari and breakfast and shopping post-run - love, love my peeps! :-)
