    great Hotel gym in STL 2.9 mi 00:27 09:18 pace

    great run!!! Sometimes running on a treadmill in an air conditioned gym is just what I need!! Had to cut it short so we could head to the baseball game. Hopefully I can finish this run tonight!

    wow... 30 minutes of weights with a personal trainer & we limped out of the gym whimpering. I feel old!!
