      Ditto! My hip is in major pain after my runs. Luckily it's OK during. We are getting old. :-(

      You forget I have to leave my house by 6:30am to get to work on time! If I want a workout before work, I have to get up at 4am!

      That's ridiculous! I don't get out of bed until 7:30, sometimes 8!

      That's beacause you don't have to be at work at 7am! Everything is earlier out here. If we have agents on east coast time, our 9am becomes 6am... Yah dig? :)
