I love rowing which is a good thing because my legs still weren't ready for the TM today! I did a 10 minute warm up on the elliptical and that was great!

    I use to make fun of the rowers in high school! ;) Then again I golfed so that doesn't say much haha! It is tough though. I did 10,000m a couple weeks ago for time. Wow it was strenuous. When I crossfitted I rowed almost daily. I guess I've been missing it lately :)
