Today went well! First legs day of my new strength training program (back squats, straight leg dead lift, leg ext, ham curl, hip ad/ab) 3 sets of 12 with 60 second break in between. Afterwards I did 4000m row, 10 mins of HIIT on the stair climber then a 2 mi walk for cool down. 110 minute workout.
