    I love rowing which is a good thing because my legs still weren't ready for the TM today! I did a 10 minute warm up on the elliptical and that was great!

      I use to make fun of the rowers in high school! ;) Then again I golfed so that doesn't say much haha! It is tough though. I did 10,000m a couple weeks ago for time. Wow it was strenuous. When I crossfitted I rowed almost daily. I guess I've been missing it lately :)

      investing into a hat with a light on top and a reflecting jacket might be worth it. weight loss will occur much faster if you run outside due to the constant change of elevation, stop and go. you will burn more calories that way. to lose weight you must change your lifestyle of eating. i changed mine on january 15th of this year. and i have seen some major results from the transition. if you want to know more message me.

      I don't see that happening in the mornings but I do plan to start more outside running soon now that it's lighter out longer. I also plan to get some burns in on my lunch breaks too! I am so anal about my calorie intake it's not even funny. I count literally ever morsel I put in my body. I've lost 47 pounds thus far, slowly but surely. I will appreciate any tips but I think I have a good handle on things :) I'm focused to say the least. Just under eight months til my wedding :)
