    Felt sluggish, in the beginning, but caught my second wind during mile 5. Picked up the pace and ran hard for the last mile. Left groin felt a little sore/stiff afterwards😟l,XXX,XXV

    Ran with the wife today. Felt pretty good though it was windy and I don't usually run in the afternoon.

    Part of the bike path was blocked off for repairs and homeless sweeps. Had to run on Kam Highway which meant waiting at stoplights which messed up my rhythm.

    Tired and walked a couple of times between the 3rd and 4th mile. It still feels like my groin isn't fully healed. I always slow jog for 30 sec in addition to my 5 min warm up walk.

      Yay! I'm going for 2 miles tomorrow morning to see how that test goes. So far, absolute zero issues from weight training the legs and the short dash. I'm very hopeful!

    My groin seems okay now. First run after 3 days of lower back pain. I still have that "kink" in my back but it didn't affect me during or after my run.

    Felt a little soreness (groin) just tying my shoes so I took it real easy. Felt a little discomfort for 20 or 30 seconds,after starting, but that was it.
