    I slow jogged for only 50 sec and felt a slight discomfort in my groin area. I'll take a week off and try again😟

    Started out fast. Slowed by a plethora of muddy areas (lots of waddling & baby steps). I was stuck behind a group of Japanese girls for over a mile😟 l,XXXlll,XXXlV
