  1. RUN
tired Pearl Harbor Bike Path 7.04 mi 01:15 10:43 pace

Ran from Waipahu Depot Road to Neal Blaisdell Park. Forgot to drink water, ran in the dark for 3 miles, died after 4 miles, staggered the last 3 miles, and felt pretty crappy overall.

  2. FIT
    Paddleboarding 00:45

Paddleboarding at Maunalua Bay Beach Park and around Duck Island.

  3. RUN
    good Ala Moana/Kaka’ako 4.55 mi 00:44 09:45 pace

Tried a different route since Magic Island gets clogged with walkers.

  4. RUN
tired Ala Moana Beach Park 3 mi 00:29 09:37 pace

I hate running here. I always run too fast a pace and burn out!

  5. RUN
good Around Kalihi 4.32 mi 00:45 10:24 pace

Ran the usual 3 loops around the neighborhood. 3rd run in a row I’ve started before 5am!

  6. RUN
    Around Kalihi 5.74 mi 01:02 10:50 pace

First time running the neighborhood loop 4 times.

  7. RUN
good Around Kalihi 3.36 mi 00:35 10:31 pace

Tried to run a steady pace. Had to cut my run short to take the wife to work.

  8. RUN
good Lagoon Drive 4.01 mi 00:40 09:59 pace

Surprise, surprise...I finished before dark :)

  9. RUN
tired Ewa Beach 1 mi 00:11:44 11:43 pace

Easy cool run ended a mile from my car.

  10. RUN
good Fort Weaver Rd/West Loch Trail 4.5 mi 00:44 09:52 pace

This was supposed to be an easy run because of my sore shins. My pace was faster then intended and I died at 4.5 miles.

  11. RUN
Great Aloha Run 8.2 mi 01:22 09:57 pace

Wasted a lot of energy, the first 2 miles, zigzagging around walkers. Found a small group that was running a faster pace, than I’m use to, but I was able to follow them for the last 4 miles.

  12. FIT
    Diamond Head Again 1.6 mi

Diamond Head Hike 2.0. Arrived at 7am and the parking lot was almost full. My son made it to the summit this time.

  13. FIT
    alright Diamond Head 4.8 mi

The hike was extra log cuz the lot was full and we had to park at Kapiolani CC. The trail was also clogged with tourists. We’re going back tomorrow at 7am instead of 10am.

  14. RUN
blah Lagoon Drive 4.32 mi 00:44 10:06 pace

This was suppose to be an easy run. Way too many cyclists which means I can’t run in the street. Right shin bone is sore so no more runs until GAR.

  15. RUN
good Lagoon Drive 2.75 mi 00:27 09:52 pace

Pyramid intervals. Some guy was racing me towards the end. What’s up with that?😐

  16. RUN
    Ewa Beach 10.01 mi 01:44 10:23 pace

Ran down Fort Weaver Rd, with an excursion through Woodbridge Gentry, and finishing on the path at Kapapapuhi Point (which is in need of repair). I’m ready for the Aloha Run, endurance-wise...speed... read more

  17. RUN
    Lagoon Drive 4.56 mi 00:46 10:03 pace

This was suppose to be any easy run but my pace was faster than usual.

  18. RUN
    Around Kalihi 4.35 mi 00:47 10:48 pace

    I was running at 4:08am!

  19. RUN
good Kalani High Track 8.01 mi 01:28 10:56 pace

A track is perfect for running in the dark...don’t have to worry about tripping and falling or getting run over. A track is so boring when running more than 3 boring.

  20. RUN
good Around Kalihi 3.76 mi 00:41 10:53 pace

Ran easy...shins a little sore. Tried to go 4 miles running loops and on side streets.
