    I was admiring the sunrise when a small wave knocked me off my board surf😐

    Ran around Ala Moana then on to Kakaako Park (closed😟). Early pace was too fast (tired of being passed). I fizzled out after 3 miles😵

    This was suppose to be my long run but...as I passed my wife, she stopped me and asked if I could walk her back, to the car, as some of the areas were kind of creepy.

    I was woefully under trained, for this race, but had already paid the registration months ago. I did see winners Cherono & Kosgei (both set course records) coming as I was going.

    Ran mostly after dark which is probably the reason I stumbled and fell (poor lighting). Luckily, I only ended up with a little road rash. XLVl,XXXIV
