    I had better form today but I’m still leaning forward too much. I checked my HR afterwards and it was 120 which was higher than my 85 average while walking.

    It’s a lot easier to aqua jog with a floatation belt (lost in the UPS system) especially in the ocean. My arms got more of a workout than my legs.

    Slow/Long run but not slow enough. I started out at my normal pace and then tired out. Had some lower back pain towards the end. The wife got lost and I had to drive around and look for her.
