    good Arnold Classic Pump and Run 3.1 mi 00:25 08:09 pace

    Weighed in at 223. Had to bench press 205. I got 20 reps for a 10:00 reduction in time. I ran a 25:18 overall. Not as good as last year, but I am one year older and 9lbs heavier. I'm OK with it.

    A couple of cars refused to get over; I pointed straight at them and looked them in the eye. I wonder when one is going to stop and get an earful from me.

    Rain stopped the run plans so I stayed inside. Bench; 165-10, 205-10, 245-10, 275-10, 205-30, 165-35. I am totally ready for the lift portion of any pump and run. I have to get the run started again!
