    Owasso NoBo N3 2.73 mi 00:44 16:05 pace

Need to work on their pace consistency a little. Going to try having the back few start slower next week and pick it up a little. But they are running all the intervals, and for that I am happy.

Week 1 with NoBo Owasso! Ran with the back half of the N3 group! 5/1 for 2 miles @ 13min pace. Temp was decent but the humidity was pretty gross. Felt like you needed to part the air to run thr... read more

Slow chick did just fine and dandy last night. You ran all the intervals and I was darn proud of you for doing them all!

cul de sac tour 4.47 mi 00:58 12:57 pace

I'd like to say this was another easy peasy, but the truth is it was tough. Maybe it was the bike yesterday, maybe it was the sun & warmer temps, who knows. Doesn't much matter in t... read more

Really just a guess at time and distance as I kept stopping my Garmin and forgetting to turn in back on. Duh. Enjoyed it though, especially the hills that make you feel like a kid again!

did you all go under highway 169 and then out towards the rock quarry...I think 66th street? that is the route Austin and I take from our house....we try to ride all the way out to the quarry and back...we like it cause there is not much traffic... I try to keep him off of the busy streets cause it makes me nervous

We went under, yes, down 66th to 145th. Down to 56th, then pretty much back to Hwy 75. Up to 96, down to Sheridan, down to 76th, back to 360.

It was FUN!! There was some traffic, but nothing major - just a few cars that gave us a wide berth. I would ride it again!

OKC Memorial Run to Remember 13.38 mi 03:03 13:40 pace

I had a good first half but got waylayed by the Jello shots, beer, Crown Royal, beer, and mimosas along the route. Pretty much lost my motivation but had a good time nonetheless. :)

I am so excited for you. After doing mine I am feeling a little of the post marathon blues. I am going to try and bike tonight at riverside since most of my soreness is gone.
