    The first part was about a mile up the hill so that war rough but after that the walk was pretty easy. After I found my running shoes everything felt pretty wonderful on principle.

    I think I almost died. Okay, so I'm being overly dramatic but I did have a really bad lower abdominal cramp at the end again.

    I don't know what I did wrong but I got the absolute worst cramp at the end. Maybe I wasn't hydrated enough. Besides that, it was pretty darn good. I'm nervous for starting next week.
