So I'm not exactly sure how this happened but this is pretty much the fastest I have run at a distance over 5 miles. I just went for a lovely trail run and happened to check my time when I got back and almost fainted in shock. Then started leaping around in excitement which got me a few looks from passerby's (is that how you say this?). Anyways I'm happy so all is good in my world!
