  1. RUN
good Prospect Park, In Da Snow 6.03 mi 00:54 09:01 pace

My first run in the snow? I think? Lot of runners out there today. And no bikers.
First mile was slow due to traffic, chatting with some TNTers I passed along the way.

  2. Instead of working out, I took some time to gripe about the redesign of the New York Road Runners website. http://kenwheaton.wordpress.com/2012/02/10/dear-nyrr-about-your-site-redesign/

  3. RUN
good Ye Olde Dreadmille 3 mi 00:25 08:16 pace

Inching the speed back up. Fine on the cardio front. Legs need some work, though.

  4. RUN
good Ye Olde Dreadmille 4 mi 00:35 08:48 pace

4 on the treadmill with a few 5% inclines for 400M thrown in. Just to keep me honest.

  5. RUN
alright Ye Olde Dreadmille Intervals 3.25 mi 00:29 08:57 pace

A mile, then some 400s. Only did four, though, cuz my leg started to hurt.

  6. RUN
good To Prospect Park and Around a... 6 mi 00:55 09:13 pace

6 miles. Not bad. Used Nike+ for first time in awhile. Of course trying to get the data to Nike Run turned into a shit show. Go to Nike's site and they've got actual apologies for what looks like a... read more

  7. RUN
good Ye Olde Dreadmille 4 mi 00:36 08:53 pace

    Not a bad four miler.

  8. RUN
good Ye Olde Dreadmille 4 mi 00:35 08:49 pace

    Not a bad run.

  9. RUN
good To Prospect Park and Around a... 5.99 mi 00:56 09:20 pace

First run outside since October of last year. Felt a lot better than the stupid treadmill, I'll say that much. 41 degrees when I set out. Didn't feel that cold at all. Under Armour helps.

  10. RUN
good Ye Olde Dreadmille 3 mi 00:26 08:37 pace

The times are getting a little less embarrassing. Now I have to work on distance.

  11. RUN
good Ye Olde Dread Mille 3 mi 00:27 08:50 pace

That was a bit of a rough run. Don't know why. But it's over. Squeezed in a little strength training after the fact.

  12. FIT
    alright Kickboxing 00:45

They have Crossfit on this machine, but no kickboxing? Lame.

  13. RUN
good Ye Olde Treadmille 5 mi 00:47 09:26 pace

Nice five-miler followed by 20-30 minutes of strength training. Thought about going for six, but figured ease myself back in.
Bonus: I found a functioning speed bag at the Prospect Park Y. Double ... read more

  14. RUN
good Ye Olde Dread Mille 3 mi 00:26 08:48 pace

Nice run. + 20 minutes of strength.

  15. RUN
good Ye Olde Dreadmille 3 mi 00:26 08:49 pace

Not a bad run. Then I chucked in 20 minutes of light weight training right after.

  16. RUN
good Ye Olde Dreadmille 3 mi 00:28 09:17 pace

Took yesterday off to recover from the ass-whipping Bama threw on LSU. Felt a lot better today than I did on Sunday. No urge to puke. No hard-core huffing and puffing.

  17. RUN
blah Ye Olde Dreadmille 3 mi 00:28 09:19 pace

Yesterday was binge day, so lot of venison and booze still in my system from last night. Surprised I didn't hurl all over the Y. But felt better after.

  18. RUN
alright Ye Olde Dreadmille 3 mi 00:28 09:23 pace

Surprised I was able to do faster than Tuesday considering I'm sore. From running three miles, I'm sore! Oy.

  19. RUN
alright Ye Olde Dreadmille 3 mi 00:29 09:30 pace

Dragged my fat ass back to the gym. Didn't have a heart-attack. Remember how last year I was appalled to be weighing in at 186. Now I'm at 191. Woo-hoo! I could actually feel the extra weight today.

  20. RUN
    good Opelousas 3+ 3.28 mi 00:27 08:18 pace

Quads a little sore after yesterday (lame) and weather a little warmer, but still not a bad run. Went faster than yesterday. Go figure.
