      I like to refer to that painful wind as Windy. Sometimes she beats you into the ground and sometimes she gives you a little break by pushing!

    Speed kills! Lots of speed drills and climbing. Last speed drills cramped up my calf so I ended up taking it easy on the last ones.

    good Spin class today

    Good class, first time with heart monitor. Need to keep my heart rate down some, 8 minutes in fat burn zone and 52 minutes in fitness zone. REALLY NEED FAT BURNING ZONE!!!!

    I am soooo unbelievably out of shape! Zero endurance. After first set of exercises, he commented I was going downhill on endurance. I told him it was not a hill, it was a cliff!!!
