I like to refer to that painful wind as Windy. Sometimes she beats you into the ground and sometimes she gives you a little break by pushing!

Good class, first time with heart monitor. Need to keep my heart rate down some, 8 minutes in fat burn zone and 52 minutes in fitness zone. REALLY NEED FAT BURNING ZONE!!!!
