Raleigh 70.3 Course 51.62 mi 02:43 19.0mph pace
Nice ride with Brett C, Jon, Butch, Shannon, Kenny and Liz. Rode the 70.3 course and it is hilly. Not to be taken lightly.

Longest run since injury. Took it really easy and was able to get it done. Great for my confidence.
