      Keep getting out there, even it seems like just a little bit. It adds up. Consistency is huge. And I'm not terribly familiar with your ability, but it seems like staying behind 9:00/mile for everything except races & speedwork might be a good idea, so you did ok.

      Nice going with slowing down. You want a rather noticeable difference between the hard runs (ie. fast or long) and the easy ones. You should always be able to run the next day.

      Thanks Ben, my goal is to get through this training healthy enough to have a good 1/2 experience so trying to determine good pain from bad. I don't think I've reached the bad, need to take a break pain, however last night did feel close. Tonights 5 miler felt sore, but not quite as sore as last night... I don't think... It's all starting to blend together into one constant soreness of different degrees! Ha!
