What a great morning. Nice cool temperatures and amazing company, especially the team's assistant coach, Lynn.

My legs were still stiff from last weekend's half-marathon. Lynn and I ran at the back of the group and served as an unofficial SAG wagon of sorts. The course we ran is insanely hilly, but we just took it slow and easy and had lots of fun. Towards the end, both Lynn and I were running on tired legs and the head coach had come back to take over SAG duties...so we bailed and called it a day.

    That is a rough course - we did our 18 and 20 milers on parts of that. Ouch! I'm impressed you did a half Sunday and still managed to do almost that today. Are you doing Savannah too? The full?

    Thanks guys! Stacy -- Yes, I am doing Savannah, but it is uncertain which event I will run. I would love to do the full, but only if I am able to train for it properly. I will probably end up doing the half...
