Another great run on the treadmill at school. This was just a basic run at an easy pace.
My Achilles felt great when I woke up this morning, but it was a little sore before the run. I could feel it at times during the run, but not much. I'm really happy with how it has felt this week, even with the hill workout Tuesday.
