I had a minor setback this week -- my "good" foot swelled up, likely due to walking with a slight limp since getting the boot off -- but I'm mostly back on track now I think. Today's ride was a little longer than the one earlier in the week. Still very low effort, but I was happy to get something done!

Tomorrow, I am hoping to get onto an elliptical machine for about 15 minutes and alternate between bike and elliptical for a week before I try running. Fingers crossed!
