5 k loops with club easy loops with some off trail strides and harder effort last 2 laps solo. Legs tired but no cramps.

Nice to stretch out legs, definitely felt good. Also did core ex and strength and plyometrics. Supplemental exercises take as long to do as a run but I think are worth the time to prevent injury.
