great Recovery run 4 mi 00:35 08:43 pace
Scheduled for only 3 but I felt great and weather was nice so I added another mile. Ended up running a pretty quick paced recovery run and I'm starting to feel back in the swing of training.

Fantastic run Kenny. I didn't like the first mile in the rain, but I usually loved the rest of the run. At least until I got my shoes soaked through. :-)

good tempo 5.28 mi 00:41 07:46 pace
First day of a little speed work. Did mile warm up then 30 minutes of progressive tempo peaking at 6:43 then back down. Felt really good moving a bit fast makes me want to register for a 5k soon.

Hey Kenny! Good to see you back at it over the past week or so. That pace will certainly help get the heart pumping, and I'm sure there's plenty of 5k's around that have your name all over them!

But did you hit your target splits for the 800s? Or at least do you think you did? :-) At least all the things that went wrong happened on a single run and weren't all spread out across multiple runs...
