Slow run on sore legs with the poochie puppy. We stopped every mile or so for him to get a drink, it was our first time using his collapsible bowl which I had stored in my camel bak and it worked wonderfully - much better than using my hand as a cup. Legs and booty were hurting from P90X Plyometrics but I'm glad I got my miles in - 3, 5 and 8 miles left this week!
