      You could try some cross training! I got back into spinning and weight lifting lately and it's actually made me more excited to run!

    Last long run before next weekend. I skipped my 12 mile last weekend and 2 8 mile tempo runs the whole 16 wk schedule so I'm hoping I'll be ok next weekend and feel strong and get a PR!
