Not my best performance. I've been a bit under the weather this weekend, so I haven't run for a few days, since I was feeling better today I thought I'd squeeze in a makeup run. It was hot, so hot! I just felt like I was dragging the whole time, my feet were heavy and I had low energy, then I got 2 blisters :( Better luck next time, usually a rough run is followed by a great one, here's hoping!

    I hope the next one is great! 6+ miles is nothing to be discouraged about though.

    Sorry about the rough run, Kelsey. But I'm glad you're feeling better. Still... almost 7 miles. That's nothing to complain about. Plus, you're right, you're next one will be better.
