    Happy with my pace. Decided to start making use of some additional nutrition today in the hope of not feeling so drained. Decided to try Perpetuem in my water bottle. Seemed to work fairly well.

    Tried to maintain the same overall pace as in the first run and pretty much managed it. Didn't really feel overly tired at the end, but my average HR was probably about 5 higher on the second run.... read more
