Don't let that slow swim time fool you - I had a GREAT swim today! For one thing, it wasn't windy or choppy. For another thing, my googles didn't fog up! (Thanks to all of you who suggested spitting on them. I've done that before but never before I started, always mid-swim, it was the timing that made the difference). I didn't have a single panicky-episode, despite it being a non-wetsuit swim. I felt good, I felt strong, I swam fast (LOL), I had a SUPER swim, and I beat my goal of 20 minutes!

(Total swim training in 2012 = 12,000 m ( abt 6 hrs). I guess you get what you pay for. :D My last non-wetsuit triathlon swim was about two minutes faster. Ah well :)
